Group Therapy

Group therapy is offered at various times throughout the year and is facilitated by a therapist. There will be approximately 4 to 8 group members as well as the therapist. It takes place weekly and may be offered online or in person.

Groups Offered:

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Skills Group.
    DBT is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy that helps to identify and change negative thinking patterns leading to positive behavioral changes.
